Filter Plates

Choosing a filter plate involves more than checking its outer dimensions. The material, plate design, and working pressure need to suit the slurry and the press. We manufacture and supply filter plates in Bangladesh for industrial solid-liquid separation, with options for different processing requirements.

Our range includes Recessed Filter Plates, Plate & Frame Filters, and Membrane Filter Plates. We offer these configurations for buyers selecting plates for new equipment or reviewing replacement requirements. We discuss the existing arrangement and process details before suggesting an option, so the selection has a clear technical basis.

We manufacture square polypropylene plates and offer glass-fibre polypropylene variants, rubber membrane plates, and cast iron plates. Our material options include polypropylene homopolymer and copolymer, food-grade polymers, antistatic variants, PVDF, and TPE. We review material requirements against the application rather than treating every option as suitable for every slurry.

Our available plate sizes include 250, 300, 400, 470, 500, 600, 630, 800, 915, 1000, 1067, 1118, 1200, and 1220 mm. Custom variations can be discussed where required. For replacement enquiries, we ask for drawings, dimensions, connection details, and available equipment information to understand the required fit.

Standard filtration cycles range from 5 to 7 bar, while selected high-pressure membrane squeeze designs have capacities up to 25 bar. We keep filtration pressure and membrane squeeze pressure separate when discussing specifications. The pressure limit must match the selected plate design and operating conditions.

We supply plates for chemical and dye suspensions, pharmaceutical processing, wastewater sludge, mineral slurries, food processing, and ceramic applications. We discuss slurry chemistry and any food-grade material requirements during the enquiry. This helps us define the proposed material and configuration clearly.

Established in 1983, we support our manufacturing work with three production units, more than 20 moulding presses, CNC machinery, and an in-house Research and Development Department.
